Jerry Daniello

Jerry Daniello is the Senior Vice President of Brand Partnerships at FOX Entertainment, where he leads a team that connects advertising partners with FOX’s original content and IP. From hit series and specials on the FOX Broadcast Network and across FOX digital platforms to innovative projects from FOX Entertainment Studios, Jerry helps brands harness storytelling that resonates across every screen and audience touchpoint. Since joining FOX in September 2023, Jerry has championed strategic partnerships and memorable brand experiences for clients including Verizon, Pepsi, Amazon, Universal, Simply & P&G, that live at the intersection of content, culture and commerce. Before joining FOX, Jerry spent over two decades at Disney Advertising, where he led the Entertainment Solutions team. There, he became known for crafting industry-defining partnerships connecting creativity with business results.

Nyesha Arrington

Chef Nyesha J. Arrington is a California native born into a multicultural family, best known for her accomplishments as a chef, restaurateur, entrepreneur and TV personality. By integrating flavors and techniques from around the world, she has created a global style that is both personal and unparalleled. She is celebrated for her advocacy of using farm fresh, local and responsibly sourced ingredients, and strives to champion her community and create “food that hugs the soul." A graduate of the Art Institute of California in Los Angeles, Arrington has been praised by the likes of legendary Chef Joel Robuchon, Chef Claude Le Tohic and Pulitzer Prize-winning critic Jonathan Gold, who went on to place both of Arrington's dining concepts in his iconic list of 101 Best Restaurants. She continues to innovate and draw inspiration from her vibrant cultural background and Frenchtechnique while upholding her mission to spread the message of love through food, using every plate as a new journey of discovery.

Julian Franco

Julian Franco is President, Operations & Strategy for FOX Entertainment, a division of Fox Corporation. Based in Los Angeles, Julian joined the company in 2023. Prior to joining Fox. He was a senior executive at Warner Bros. Discovery and WarnerMedia, where he led HBO Max with Ads, as well as the Direct to Consumer Product for all Ad Supported digital products globally. Prior to WarnerMedia, he was the General Manager, AVOD at Walmart where he launched and led the ad-supported efforts of the retail giant’s streaming service, Vudu. In that role, he led teams across original programming, content acquisition, product management, advertising technology, revenue/sales and ad operations.

Jennifer Maas

Jennifer Maas is Senior Business Writer, TV and Video Games at Variety, where she covers television industry news, as well as corporate earnings, video gaming, financial and business-related news and analysis. Prior to joining Variety, she was TV reporter at The Wrap for four years. She previously worked at HollywoodLife.com, The Santa Monica Daily Press, Entertainment Weekly and The Washington Post. Maas received bachelor’s degrees in both journalism and food studies from New York University in 2014. She is based in New York City.
